Returns are only accepted if we have made a mistake with your order. We reserve the right to replace rather than refund. Any attempt to return goods unless specifically agreed will result in an administration charge being applied
We cannot accept returns for bespoke prints if you have made an error with your order or artwork.
Personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification are not covered by distance selling regulations.
However, should your item be faulty, it will be replaced for no additional charge (we reserve the right to replace rather than refund).
If you make a mistake on the text you sent us then contact us quickly, if its not gone to print then we can make efforts to correct it but once its gone to print with your supplied text then its too late in which case no refund will be made so make sure its spelt correctly with spaces, upper case, lower case and spaces where you want them.
